H2b Program
Every year, employers throughout the U.S. hire young adults from
around the world to live and work under the H-2B Visa Program.The
H-2B Visa - Allows students and non-students to work as temporary or
seasonal non-agricultural workers in the U.S. for up to 10 months.
H-2B workers are able to return for multiple seasons year after year.
Companies must be labor certified by their state Labor Department and
the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services in
order to offer the H-2B visa.We are able to help those who have
already found a position in the U.S. as well as those who would like
to be matched with an employer. Participants on the program are
legally able to work in the U.S. for a full summer or winter season,
typically 6-10 months.

Duration of Employment/Work Commitment
The H-2B Visa Program allows you to stay and work in the U.S. for the
maximum period of 10 months, however, the length of your stay will
depend on the needs of the employer. At the Port of Entry you may ask
an immigration officer for additional 10 days of stay. As a H-2B
program participant you must be available to work for the entire
duration of the program stated in the Job Description Document. This
program can start at any time during the year.
Program Fee
After we receive your completed application, we will review it
carefully to ensure it matches the program’s requirements. If the
application is successful, we will ask you to pay the non-refundable
booking fee. This fee is necessary to be able to participate in the
program and must be paid within one week after issuing an invoice.
The program fee is due upon the receipt of the acceptance letter.

Filing of the petition with Department of Labor and Homeland Security
for H2B visas.
Interview and selection of suitable employees.
International support with visa issuance.
24 hour emergency contact.
Social Security Card obtainment assistance.
ELIGIBILITY
The program is open to any hardworking individual between the ages of
18 - 40 yrs. A low to intermediate understanding and ability to speak
the English language is essential to qualify at your local US Embassy
as well as to get by at your work place. Applicants should be willing
to work unsupervised and diligently in an unskilled service sector
environment.
